What you can and can't bring with you

Doors open at noon. Bring a lawn chair. Limited metal chairs can be reserved online at https://gbcivic.org/seats/ for a $5 donation to the orchestra. Deadline is June 20 or until chairs are gone.

The concert, hosted by Pilotsmith Flight School and Jet Air Group, features family activities before the music starts. Guests can learn about being a pilot, check out aircraft and take a ride in a full-motion flight simulator. Heid Music will have woodwind, brass, percussion and string instruments to try. Face Painting by Lori & Friends will be on hand, and kids make their own kazoo with help from Girl Scouts volunteers. A raffle will benefit the orchestra and chorale.

The Beja Shriners will be selling burgers, brats and soda. No food or beverage carry-ins allowed.

Pets are also prohibited.

Admission to the concert is free but donations are appreciated.

What to know about parking and shuttle service

Parking is offsite at Oneida Bingo & Casino, 2170 Airport Drive, Ashwaubenon. Shuttle buses will bring concertgoers to and from Pilotsmith. There will be limited accessible parking (with hangtag, placard or plate) at the Jet Air hangar at 1921 Airport Drive.

Parking is prohibited along the road or at other area business lots. The airport’s parking lots will be open, but normal rates apply and it is a nearly 1-mile walk to the venue.

Fly-ins are welcome. Aircraft should park at the Jet Air Group FBO and proceed through the ramp-side security checkpoint.

The concert will take place rain or shine, unless there is severe weather.
