Brooks Nader ‘Not in Any Rush’ for Romance After Gleb Savchenko Split: ‘Entering a New Chapter’
Brooks Nader is done with Gleb Savchenko for good after quietly ending their short-lived romance in April and a source exclusively tells Life & Style the stunning model is moving forward with confidence and is thrilled to start fresh.
“She’s excited to be entering a brand-new chapter and getting out there, enjoying herself on the singles scene again,” the insider says.
Brooks, 28, rose to fame as a model after winning the 2019 Sports Illustrated Swim Search and later appearing on the magazine’s cover in 2023. She gladly took the opportunity to partner up with pro dancer and choreographer Gleb, 41, for season 33 of Dancing with the Stars in late 2024.
Their whirlwind romance took fans by surprise after the two were spotted attending multiple L.A.-area events together in September. Though there were warning signs early on in their relationship that things probably weren’t meant to last. After they were eliminated from the show in October, they briefly split, with a different source telling Us Weekly at the time Gleb was the one to end things, because he “got way too comfortable, especially in the amount of time he was spending at Brooks’ home, to a point it had begun to concern Brooks’ people and family close to her.” They reconciled shortly afterward and from there continued to heat up. Though, as the source notes, after a few months their relationship failed to translate to anything deeper and fizzled quickly.
“She tried hard to make it work with Gleb, but he just wasn’t the guy she thought he was so she had to end it,” the source explains, adding it’s unlikely for the Louisiana-born model to have trouble finding a partner. “She’s not crying over it, she knows her worth and knows that there are near endless options for her.”
“Brooks is one of the most beautiful, sought-after women in Hollywood, if not the world, right now so of course men are lining up to date her,” the insider says. “But she’s not in any rush to get a boyfriend. She wants to enjoy being single for a while.”
Brooks was married once before, to Billy Haire, a New York City-based businessman, for just under four years. They split in 2023, not a long before she began hooking up with her latest beau.
“Before Gleb, she was married, so she’s never really had a good chunk of time to get to know herself as a single woman,” the source explains. “She’s got a lot of plans for the summer; she wants to travel with her friends and just take advantage of all that the world has to offer.”
While any future flings may be on the backburner for the upcoming year, that doesn’t mean she’s closing the door entirely to the possibility. “She definitely wants to date someone more high-profile than Gleb next, because she gets so much attention. It’s intimidating for most guys,” the insider adds. “She needs someone on her level to make things more even.”
