The White House unveiled a new federal investment tracker this week, documenting what officials are calling an unprecedented influx of corporate investment into the United States during President Donald Trump’s second term. The database, launched on the White House’s official site, identifies 49 major projects spanning technology, pharmaceuticals, energy, automotive manufacturing, and commercial real estate—representing nearly $8 trillion in committed capital.

Among the most prominent figures is a trio of $500 billion announcements from Apple, Nvidia, and Stargate—a collaborative venture between OpenAI, Oracle, and SoftBank. IBM has pledged a $150 billion expansion. In the pharmaceutical sector, U.S. and international drugmakers are collectively investing more than $170 billion, with Johnson & Johnson leading at $55 billion, followed closely by Genentech at $50 billion and Eli Lilly at $27 billion.

Other major initiatives include a $21 billion commitment from Hyundai, a $20 billion investment from DAMAC Properties, and a $25 billion venture from ADQ and Energy Capital Partners.

President Trump, speaking to business leaders Wednesday, forecast that total investments under his administration would soon eclipse $8 trillion—nearly eight times the total he attributed to the prior administration. “We have a total of close to $8 trillion all told,” Trump said. “And there’s never been anything like that in this country.” He further stated, “I would say, if you looked at the last administration, probably for four years, they did maybe less than $1 [trillion], and we’ve done almost $8 [trillion].”

Watch Trump’s statement:

The administration credits its aggressive economic agenda—including strategic tariffs, tax cuts, and a sweeping deregulation campaign—for what it calls a revival in American manufacturing and technology production.

At a White House event, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang praised the Trump administration’s role in enabling the company to manufacture its next-generation 70-pound processors entirely in the U.S. “Without the president’s leadership, his policies, his support, and, very importantly, his strong encouragement… frankly, manufacturing in the United States wouldn’t have accelerated to this pace,” Huang said.

Watch Huang’s remarks:

The investment portal provides a sector-by-sector breakdown of these developments, allowing the public to monitor where capital is flowing and which industries are leading the resurgence. Officials say the initiative is meant to increase transparency while reinforcing the administration’s narrative that America is once again the premier destination for global enterprise.
