RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Coin and Currency Show will be amping up Thursday through Saturday, offering attendees the unique chance of seeing currency from the distant past and other locations throughout the globe.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday at the ACCA Shrine Center, located at 1712 Bellvue Avenue in Richmond.

Attendees will be able to peruse over 55 tables of coins and currencies from the U.S. and other countries that may be available for sale or trading. Guests can also have their coins appraised for free.

Other dates include 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, May 10 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 11.

Admission and parking is free for all guests.
